Registration is open to both members and non-members of the International Academy of Ceramics (IAC), but members of IAC will receive reduced fees.

  • (We will automatically assign a roommate for you if you choose the double bed room).

  • The fee includes English tour guide, transportation, meals, accommodations, entrance tickets and travel insurance.


IMPORTANT INFOMATION

Registration Policies

-The registration fee includes access to debates and communication session (except accompanying persons), congress bag and materials, refreshment breaks, lunches, welcome reception, farewell party and ceramics tours & activities.

-Accompanying persons fee: Include the same as the other fees except access to debates and communications sessions.

-Students fee: Valid for students enrolled in the academic year 2017-18 or 2018-19 in official centers linked to the themes of the conference or private schools with official recognition title. Applicants must submit scanned copy of the document of registration or a certificate of the center. The student card is not a valid document.

-Press: The discount is valid for the press related to the conference themes. It can benefit two people of each at most. We will provide a booth for promotion usage.

– Break-out session and General assembly sessions are open exclusively to IAC members.

-Payment by credit card can be made at the time of registration.

-You will pay for your own travel and accommodation expenses.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

-To cancel your registration for 2018 IAC Congress, you have to contact us no later than 31 August 2018 (Friday).

-For cancellations made by 31 August 2018 (Friday), your registration fee will be fully refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 1 September 2018 (Saturday).

-Cancellation requests will be accepted via e-mail (2018iactw@gmail.com) only and must identify the registrant’s name, registrant’s number and email address before the stated cancellation deadline.

-Refund will be processed and paid before 31 October 2018.
